Training Description:
Level 2 BTEC Award in Nutrition Awareness providing knowledge, understanding and skills needed to understand factors influencing nutrition generally and in the context of sport and exercise. Suitable for developing wider key skills in a nutrition context, for example improving learning and performance, working with others and problem solving.

Entry requirements
You must be 14 years old or over and ideally have a related qualification or work experience.
Recommended hours of study
Approximately 30 hours of study time is required to complete the course. Additional time will be needed to complete the assignments.
