Working as a Chief Instructor in a successful outdoor centre in Southampton, you'll deliver a range of water and land-based programmes for Schools, Colleges and brochure courses.

You'll be a BCU level 3 Coach in at least one discipline. A relevant qualification such as a Degree/Teaching certificate would be highly valued.
