You should be able to: o Demonstrate that you are fit and healthy o Jump or dive into deep water o Swim 50 metres in a one minute or less o Swim 100 metres continuously on the front and then on the back o Tread water in deep water for 30 seconds o Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool o Climb out of the pool unaided, without using steps or a ladder
